How long does setup take?

Most individual doctors are fully set up and taking bookings within a day.

Do I need technical experience to use autoCliniq?

No. The app is simple for every doctor and secretary, whatever their tech skills or age.

Can each doctor set their own reminder timing?

Yes. Each doctor can set their own reminder times.

Is the WhatsApp follow-up automatic?

Yes. It stays within the limits your clinic sets. You approve the templates and the schedule.

Does the WhatsApp bot answer at night?

Yes. The bot answers and books 24/7, including nights and days when the clinic is closed. Your team can take over any chat when they are back.

Can patients ask to have their data deleted?

Yes. Patients and doctors can ask for all their data to be deleted at any time. Use our Data Deletion Request process.

Is patient data shared between clinics?

Only as far as your organisation allows. On multi-clinic accounts, the admin controls this.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, a 14-day free trial on every plan, with no credit card required to start.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, at any time, as your practice grows.

Can one doctor manage more than one clinic?

Yes — every plan supports more than one branch: up to 3 on Starter, up to 5 on Professional, and unlimited on Enterprise.

What can a secretary (sub-moderator) account do?

Exactly what you allow: managing bookings and reminders, and messaging patients. You choose the permissions.
